The beach is a little far from my home in Kurashiki City, and it took about 40 minutes by car The townscape on the way there is very beautiful. The photo below was taken on the way to the cafe ``belk'' at the top of Mt. Ojigadake.

There is a parking lot where you can take a short break on the way to your destination. You can see the ocean in front of you and many beautiful rocks behind you.

The sea sparkling in the sunlight was so beautiful that I couldn't take my eyes off it.
The matching of blue and green is wonderful.

This time I went early in the morning, so I went to the famous cafe "Belk" first.
It seemed like a very famous cafe for locals and tourists alike.
The cafe is located in the middle of nature, and you can see Seto Ohashi Bridge over the Seto Inland Sea from the window.
The cafe had a homey feel and helped me soothe my tiredness.
The combination of iced coffee and iced latte with the scenery in front of you is the best.
We were also able to see many islands in the Seto Inland Sea.

Next we went to Shibukawa Marine Aquarium. Admission fee is 500 yen for adults. It was a fairly old building, but there were many kinds of fish inside. A museum is also included.
My favourite part was the stingray. The way they swim is so cute.
The moray eel rest room was very interesting. There were also several moray eels sleeping inside.

When you leave the aquarium, you can see the Shibukawa coast. The coastline of white sand and green pines is about 1 km long, and has been selected as one of Japan's ``100 Best Beaches'' and ``100 Best Swimming Beaches.'' It is also famous as a place where you can enjoy marine sports such as sailing and windsurfing throughout the year.
The weather was nice on the day I visited, and the sea was shining. The green pines and white sand are very beautiful.
There is a dedicated barbeque space on the shore, where you can have a barbeque in the summer. On the day I visited, young people were having a barbecue. There are no trash cans on the coast, so please take your trash home with you.

The prices for Shibukawa Coast are as follows:
・"Shower" 100 yen per time
・“Luggage storage” 200 yen per day
・"Rest area" 500 yen per day for tatami
