Tsukuriyama ancient tomb

Japan, 701-1344 Shinjoshita, Kita Ward, Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture

It is a keyhole-shaped tumulus dating back to the first half of the 5th century and is the 4th largest in Japan. It is built in three stages, with a total length of approximately 350m, a rear circle diameter of approximately 224m, and a height of approximately 27 to 32.5m. On the top of the mound in the rear round part, figurative clay clay figures are found, and on each step of the slope of the mound, a large number of stones and rows of cylindrical clay clay stones can be seen. It is known as the largest keyhole-shaped tumulus in Japan that can be climbed all the way to the top of the mound. Famous are the Sakakiyama Tumulus, which has six baizuka, and where a horse-shaped obihook was excavated, and the Senzoku Tumulus, which has a stone barrier carved with straight arc patterns.
